HeartBridge Africa is a digital child sponsorship initiative that enables individuals to support vulnerable children in Africa through monthly contributions.

Through our online platform, supporters can select a child to sponsor and follow their growth journey through regular updates, photos, and reports. On the ground, our local volunteers and partners deliver consistent support including schooling, meals, healthcare services, and emotional care.

Our approach ensures that each child receives meaningful, long-term support while strengthening the broader community they live in.
