About Temesgen Biyadgilign
Temesgen Biyadgilign is a 9-year-old boy growing up in extreme poverty with his parents and two younger siblings. Due to a lack of stable work opportunities, his parents are forced to rely on begging just to keep the family alive. Most of their limited income goes toward paying rent, leaving very little for food or other basic needs.
Temesgen and his family share a cramped 15-square-meter room with several other people—11 in total—struggling each day in overcrowded and difficult living conditions. On some days, his only meal comes from a free lunch provided by a local support center.
Despite these hardships, Temesgen holds onto a powerful dream: he wants to become a doctor so he can help his family and others live better lives.
Today, Temesgen needs your help. With your support, he can gain access to proper nutrition, education, and a chance to pursue his dream. Even a small donation can make a meaningful difference in his life.
Please consider supporting Temesgen and giving him hope for a brighter future.
About Desta Bihonegn
Desta Bihonegn is a 9-year-old girl from Ethiopia living in a single-parent household with her mother and baby brother. Since the age of 5, she has suffered from untreated neck lymph node inflammation, as her family cannot afford medical care. Instead, they have relied on traditional healing practices, hoping for recovery.
Due to her long-term illness, Desta has never been able to attend school. Her mother, unable to work while caring for two young children, struggles to survive—often moving from place to place and relying on begging.
Despite everything, Desta continues to endure hardship at a young age, helping care for her younger brother while facing an uncertain future.
